Rhyce Kerex Publishers is one of the leading publishing companies in Nigeria. The firm started operations in 1987 in Lagos, Nigeria as Rhyce Kerex Enterprises. In 1988, the Company expanded in scope and changed its legal objective to concentrate on corporate publishing. With this expansion, Rhyce Kerex Publishers moved to Enugu, the capital of Eastern Nigeria. Between 1988 and 1995 the firm became a leading publisher for most academic books.

Expectedly, within seventeen years, the firm had become a leading brand by creating a niche for itself. Recent audit revealed that Rhyce Kerex has published over one thousand titles and over five hundred editions of academic journals and other associated publications. Currently, the firm is the destination for academic publishing in South Eastern Nigeria.

The Firms has an Academic Board and Board of Directors. The Academic Board regulates the publication of all academic materials and ensures quality control, while the Board of Director is responsible for policy direction. Mr. Rhyce Kerex Ukoha Agwu is the CEO and heads the Academic Board. Rhycee Kerex is a member of several professional Associations including Nigerian Publishers Association and others.
